Standard Shipping:

Free Shipping on order over $79, otherwise shipping fee is $9.98.

Delivery time for standard shipping is approximately 13-15 working days.

• Please expect additional 1-3 days warehouse processing time for the total delivery estimates.
• Due to extended customs clearance times, shipping may be delayed. Please contact customer service for assistance.
• A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out, you can also log in to Bestydress.com site at any time to check the order status.

Express Shipping:

The shipping time for express delivery is approximately 9-12 working days.

Some countries and regions do not support express delivery at the moment. Please check if the express delivery option is available for your address during checkout. The express delivery fee is $19.98.

*About the PO BOX and APO/FPO and special addresses, all the countries can not use.

*Rush order is accepted here, please email us: contact@bestydress.com to confirm whether you can get it on time.

*Total Shipping Time of mixed orders with items in different dresses should be calculated using the longest estimate times listed.

Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.
