Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Please review the policy below before initiating a return.

01 Returns & Exchanges

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any Returns, your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Generally, customers should be responsible for the shipping cost for any returning items.

02 Return Process

  1. Get in touch with our customer service by sending a ticket in your account or email to contact@bestydress.com. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
  3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
  4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process a refund to your account.

03 Return Conditions

IMPORTANT

Do not destroy the security buckle attached to the clothes tag! Return or exchange is only available when it's not removed.

  • You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you.
  • Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered.
  • We don't accept 'buy-many-keep-one' try-on returns. If you buy two or more to try and return the ones you don't want, the return will be rejected.
  • We do not accept returned items sent back directly without checking with us first.
  • For promotional orders (e.g. 'Buy More, Save More'), if you return items, the discount may be recalculated to a lower tier.

04 Refund Method

We will refund to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card.

06 Defective Product

If you have a quality issue to report, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your product and we will assist you with the return and refund process.

07 Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until we receive them. Please pack properly to avoid damage in transit.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until arrival, be sure to get proof of postage. We are not responsible for items returned to us by mistake. If we can locate them and you'd like them back, you may need to cover the delivery cost.

We are not able to refund any tax or duty charged by customs border office.
