Return&Refund:
After you received your item, please check it right way, and try on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.
But if you are not satisfied with your order or there is something wrong with our product , we accept returns for items within 7 days of delivery date.
1)Please issue return request with your order number, photos to show dress issues to our customer service email address: contact@bestydress.com.
PS:Returns that are late because you were away on holiday or your event was cancelled will be refused - no exceptions.
2)Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item back to us as soon as possible. Also, email us a proof of postage (receipt + tracking number).
PS:Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3)Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process.Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
PS:For returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. And the costs of the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Note:
1)You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return the item please contact us within 7 days of delivery.That's enough time for you to make sure the item is well made and fit you!
2)We don't accept'buy-many-keep-one'try on returns. That's mean if you only want one item, but you buy two or more to have a try and then you want to return the one/ones you don't want. At this condition, we don't accept this return request.
3)We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged or Packages be inspected by the customs(the customer should pay the customs clearance), please keep the receipt with tracking information.
4)Refunds will be sent to your original payment method based on the refund method you choose.Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a refund notification email. The refund time depends on your refund method and bank.
Cancellation:
We understand that you want to find the right dress for that special occasion, please read our cancellation policy carefully.
1)Orders canceled before shipment will get full refund.
2)Once order is shipped out, there is no way to cancel it.

*When you receive an email from Bestydress titled "Order #_______ confirmed", your payment has been confirmed.
Exchange:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
