After you received your item, please check it right way, and try on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. But if you are not satisfied with your order or there is something wrong with our product , we accept returns for items within 7 days of delivery date.

Also, email us a proof of postage (receipt + tracking number). 3)Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process.Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase. PS:For returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. And the costs of the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
